If you use more than 2,000 kWh, you’ll be charged an average price per kWh for this excess usage. This plan offers a fixed rate, so you will lock in a single rate for the entirety of your contract. Fixed-rate plans are ideal for customers seeking price security and stability. This plan requires a $50 early termination fee if you end your service early.
12, 24, or 36 Month Usage Bill Credit
This is a 12, 24, or 36-month fixed-rate plan with no minimum usage fees. If you use at least 1,000 kWh a month, you’ll receive a bill credit of $35. If you use at least 2,000 kWh, you’ll receive an additional $15 bill credit, bringing your total credit to $50. This plan requires an early termination fee ranging from $50 to $99 if you end your service early.
24 Month A/C Protect Premier for 2 Units
This 24-month plan offers a fixed rate and up to $50 worth of monthly bill credit, depending on usage. Like the plans listed above, you’ll qualify for $35 in bill credit after using 1,000 kWh and another $15 if your usage exceeds 2,000 kWh. The plan includes A/C protection for two units and is best suited for customers who regularly use more than 1,000 kWh.
12 Month Usage Bill Credit + A/C Protection for 2 Units and HVAC Diagnostics
This is a 12-month plan, best suited for consumers who use more than 1,000 kWh a month. If usage exceeds 1,000 kWh, a $35 bill credit is applied. If usage exceeds 2,000 kWh, an additional $15 bill credit is applied, bringing the total bill credit to $50. This plan also includes a protection plan for two A/C units. We recommend this plan to customers who regularly use 1,000 kWh or more to benefit from the bill credits. This plan requires a $50 early termination fee if you end your service early.
12 Month (No Minimum Usage Fees)
A minimum usage fee is an extra charge on your electric bill if you don’t meet the minimum kWh consumption level each month. That fee is waived in this fixed-rate, 12-month plan. We recommend this plan to all customers since the rates are relatively equal across all usage levels, but we think this is a good option to lower usage customers. If you typically use less than 1,000 kWh a month, you won’t get charged a minimum-usage fee like you could on another plan. This plan requires a $50 early termination fee if you end your service early.
